MilCir.com reserves the right to delete or edit listings that we deem improper, unprofessional, or inappropriate. This may include (but is not limited to) listings with profane language, misleading statements, illegal content, obscene images, etcetera. We also reserve the right to permanently delete a user’s account as well as denying future use of our services based on the above. To ensure that we adequately fulfill this obligation to our users we randomly screen posted listings for content. However, please do not hesitate to report problems and offensive content to us through our Contact Us feature.
MilCir.com cannot guarantee the selling of a listing solely because it is posted through our system. Rather, it is dependent upon the likes of the buyer as well as the information provided by the user, and any communication between.
Listings will remain on MilCir.com until: it is removed by the seller, it has been found to violate the terms and conditions of the current User Agreement, or after it has expired in the system.
